Continuing on a progressive growth path, Model 5 inaugurates the new operational headquarters in Orbassano. An important investment, which achieves a qualitative leap in the company’s ability to support customer needs more and more fully.
Main features of the new offices:
- total area of approx 560 square meters
- up to 30 workstations
- 3 independent work areas, so to host different projects and clients simultaneously
- dedicated area for customer resident managers
- meeting room for presentations and videoconferences
- recreation and dining area, also suitable for informal meetings
Thanks to the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, and the complete reorganization of operating procedures, Model 5 has launched, for these new offices, the TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) Certification Process, developed by VDA (Association of the German Automotive Industry) and which is today the most advanced Assestment System for the protection and secrecy of data processing.
Each work area has in fact restricted access, with doors protected by programmable badges and access tracking.. The different areas can be quickly reconfigured to adapt to the needs of the different projects, and indifferently host different activities:
- Style (with workstations equipped with Wacom Cintiq 27 “)
- 3D modeling (with Maya, Alias, ICEM Surf workstations)
- Engineering (with Catia V5, Unigraphics workstations)
- Visualization (with VRED workstations and VR support)
The design of the spaces has been studied in detail, creating an elegant and refined environment where light is the protagonist: natural light floods all the rooms, entering through the large windows and skylights on the roof, and creating a warm and comfortable environment. Added to this is artificial light, which draw blades of light in the corridor and entrance. Color, on the other hand, welcomes the visitor with the large geometric mural in the meeting room. Overall, an environment with a strong emotional impact, in which refined style is perfectly matched with functionality and comfort for the operators.
In a complex and difficult moment like the present one, with the persistence of the Covid-19 emergency which seems to make the future extremely uncertain, the inauguration of the new headquarters is an important act of trust by Model 5 and an investment towards the future.
